The cottage is built over 3 levels with a connecting staircase. There are 4 double bedrooms, one of which can be 2x singles on request, and a childrens den bedroom with bunks. This room can also have an additional single fold down bed on request. In total comfortable sleeping for up to 11 guests

The whole cottage is gas centrally-heated with luxury underfloor heating in the kitchen.

BEDROOM 5
This is an annex to the lounge, especially designed for the kids in the family, a den! It has a set of large modern bunk beds with ample space for activities and noise, with out disturbing the rest of the house. Definitely a kids place, with a selection of games for rainy days.

Bedroom heating is adjustable to personal levels in all bedrooms, and all bedroom windows have roller blackout blinds as well as curtains to ensure a good nights sleep on long summer days and short nights.

FARMHOUSE STYLE KITCHEN
This fabulous room is ceramic floor tiled and beamed with a large stone fireplace, A large pine family table seating six and a separate table for two, and baby high chair. There are two settees for lounging.Flat screen TV and mini hifi as well as wifi. Fully fitted to the highest standard with a dual fuel, twin oven, range cooker, integral fridge and dishwasher, toaster etc. Lots of tableware and cooking utensils. The shaker style units offer lots of storage with great style.

LAUNDRY
Adjoining the kitchen is a large laundry and drying room with an automatic washing machine, drying racks ,extractor fan, freezer and additional fridge.

LUGGAGE STORE AND CLOAKS
Plenty of room to store your unwanted suite cases and travel items. Also cloakroom, phone and computer desk.

LOUNGE
Lovely sunny room with two Georgian windows, fabulous co-ordinated separate three seater and two seater settees and armchair , beams and living flame gas fire. Flat screen TV, dvd player and a mini hifi. A lovely room on a sunny morning and cosy at night.

A small secure gated patio with gas BBQ, and a lovely summer house which will seat the whole family. Ideal for a quiet read of the papers, and smoking and coffee, or a glass of wine on warm days or evenings.
