Here at Esk View Cottage you will find creature comfort in abundance, privacy if you want it, it's so spacious. There are beautiful country walks in dales and moors, and glorious beaches with long sands or rocky pools and cliffs.

The cottage is deceptively large, as it was originally two cottages years ago, as well as stables and workshops for the mill, there are deeds going back to 1834.

Recently extensively refurbished to provide 4 lovely ensuite bedrooms,( including a four poster) a bunk bedroom and childrens den, massive farmhouse dining kitchen, lovely sun lit lounge, laundry and a luggage store. Outside is a patio with a nice summer house with lots of seating, and a gas BBQ. In total 10 rooms to the property.

Beamed ceilings, Georgian windows, and porcelain tiles, give you an idea of the quality awaiting you in this spacious cottage.(We even have a 'Glass Tax' window)

Always lovely and warm in winter with central heating throughout, and a living flame lounge fire for cosy comfort, summer sunshine or winter fresh, you will really enjoy your stay.

Ruswarp village lies alongside the pretty River Esk and has a proper country pub just round the corner from our cottage ,local shops, outdoor café/wine bar, boating on the river, childrens indoor activity centre, miniature railway and a famous plant centre nearby.
